How long does shipping take?
Every order is designed, printed, and shipped by one person โ me โ on nights and weekends. Print failures happen, and I won't ship something I'm not happy with. Realistically, plan for 1โ2 weeks from order to delivery. Custom orders may take longer. I'd rather be upfront about that than overpromise.
Can I request a specific color or material?
Yes. I'm constantly ordering new filaments and trying new color combinations, so if you have something specific in mind there's a good chance I can find it. Current stock includes PLA, PLA+, PETG, and TPU across a wide range of colors. Use the custom order form to specify what you need, or message me through Etsy if you're ordering an existing listing.
Do you do bulk or wholesale orders?
Possibly โ it depends on the product and quantity. Email me directly at jay@leyline3d.com and we can figure out if it makes sense.
What if something breaks or doesn't fit?
Reach out. I stand behind my work. If something isn't right I'll fix it, reprint it, or refund it โ we'll figure it out.
Can you design something from scratch?
Yes, that's what the custom order form is for. Describe your idea, sketch it out if you can, and I'll let you know if I can build it and what it'll cost.
